多少土地多年闲置？2010年，按照国务院要求，国土资源管理部门加大了对房地产专项整治和清理力度。3月至7月，在全国范围内集中开展了房地产用地专项整治工作。截至5月底，全国共上报房地产违法违规用地3070宗，约18．84万亩。其中，闲置土地2815宗，16．95万亩，分别占上报总宗数和面积的91．69％和90％。

In 2010,according to State Department requirements,Department of Land and Resource Management increased the special rectification and clean-up efforts to the real estate. From March to July,it launched the nationwide rectification of the real estate sites. Until the end of May,the number of country estate of illegal sites reported is 3070,about 18.84 million mu. Which includes 2815 idle lands,about 16.95 million mu,91.69 percent and 90 percent accounting for the total reported number and area respectively. Once released the information,the country sentiments in an uproar. 16.95 million mu,or about 113 million square meters of land idle! What the concept is this?According to the National Bureau of Statistics,in 2009 the national real estate development enterprises developed the land no more than 230 million square meters. In other words,idle land area of China's real estate industry,has been close to half of the total area of land development last year. In accordance with the speed of this development,even if the country stops selling land,and the Department of Homeland don't approve any inch of land,idle land can be developed at least for 6 months.
