摘要
介绍了一个采用ADuC7026和网络控制器RTL8019AS构成的基于以太网技术和RS-485协议的分布式网络高精度数据采集系统。远程监控中心与上位机通过以太网使用TCP/IP协议进行通信,上位机与数量众多的下位机数据采集系统之间则使用RS-485串行总线和串口协议进行通信,使其具有传输距离远、组态灵活方便,高可靠性和实时性的特点。该实现方案可应用于冶金、化工、煤矿等大型工矿企业生产过程的远程数据采集中。
A networked data acquisition system based on the technology of Ethernet and RS-485 was presented.The communication between remote monitoring center and host computer was based on TCP/IP protocol through Ethernet,and the communication between host computer and numerous slave computers was based on RS-485 and serial port protocol.This system has characteristics of long-distance transmission,flexible configuration.Its reliability and real-time property are excellent.The schemes can be used in many fields,such as metallurgy,chemistry,colliery and etc,where remote data acquisition is required on large-scale system.
