摘要
论述了不同金融机构和企业主体参与合作进行金融产品创新活动而形成的完整的金融产品创新链的过程。在概括金融产品创新及创新链概念的基础上,界定了金融产品创新链的内涵,建立了金融产品创新链的创新系统模型,分析了金融产品创新链的特征,并从创新动力、创新主体、创新组织和创新支撑4个方面论述了金融产品创新链的运行机理。
Financial product innovation is an important way to improve the competitiveness of financial institutions,and it also caters to the current management theory and business development trends.Cooperative innovation of different financial institutions and enterprises in the financial product forms a complete chain of financial product innovation.Based on the definition of financial product innovation,the financial product innovation chain was defined;and innovation system model was established for a financial product innovation chain.The characteristics of financial product innovation chain were analyzed;and finally the operation mechanism of financial product innovation chain was discussed from four aspects：driving forces of innovation,participators,innovation organization and supports.
