摘要
中日两国在东海问题上有诸多争端,主要包括东海油气田资源、钓鱼岛归属以及东海海域的大陆架与专属经济区划界之争。两国间就此争端已举行多轮双边磋商,均无实质性进展。本文从两国历史、国际海洋法、地缘政治、军事战略的角度分析中日产生争端的根源,揭示问题的实质,拟定出一套合情的解决方案,并对未来的东海局势发展与我国的应对策略进行研究。
There are many problems in dispute between China and Japan in the east China sea,mainly including gas fields resources and Diaoyu island ownership and the east China sea continental shelf demarcation with EEZ dispute. Rounds of bilateral consultations have been held without any substantial progress. The origin of Sino-Japan disputes is analysed from historical,international law,geopolitical,military strategic perspectives,and the essence of root is revealed. This paper draws up a reasonable solution,and makes a superficial study of the future development of the east China sea and coping strategies.
