芜湖市城市游憩商业区的形成及其空间结构分析

Study on Formulation and Space Structure of RBD in Wuhu City

近年来,居民闲暇时间的增多以及生活水平的提高,使得城市的游憩功能愈来愈重要。城市游憩商业区(RBD)作为一种新的功能区,成为本地居民和外地旅游者进行旅游、休闲、娱乐、购物等活动的重要场所。建立了城市RBD的识别模型,据此界定芜湖市RBD的范围,分析了该RBD形成过程及空间结构,并探讨了其形成要素。

Recently,people＇leisure time increases and their life level improves. Which make the recreational function of city become more and more important. As a new function zone,the recreational business district（RBD）has become an important part of the urban recreational system,offering many functions,such as tourism,recreation,entertainment,shopping and so on,for people involving local residents and tourists. This paper is a case study of a newly developing RBD in Wuhu city,delimiting the RBD area of Wuhu City,analyzing its spatial structure and formative factors and concluding its characteristics by comparing with RBD in large cities. The initial stage of RBD in Wuhu city is model of line business street, which are built on the background of natural landscape,for instance,Zheshan Mountain,Mirror Lake,Phoenix Mountain. Then,more and more business facilities, such as shopping malls,banks,hotels,restaurants and so on,assemble here. At the same time,these business facilities spread out,form two pieces of RBD whose cores are Zhongshan Road Walking Street and Phoenix Variety Cuisine Street. Gradually,because of the obstruction of natural condition and business assembling effectiveness,ghongshan Road Walking Street extends in the direction of north while Phoenix Variety Cuisine Street stretchs in the opposite direction. As a result,there will form a complete RBD. The formation of RBD in Wuhu city comes from these five factors,history background,natural landscape,location advantage,new notion of urban planning and policies,requirement of cousumers and transformation of their consuming notions. As a middle city in central part of China,the RBD in Wuhu city has its own characteristics. Its scale,effectiveness,influence can not compare to large cities,such as Guangzhou,Shenzhen and so on. But its RBD and urban tourism facing fine developing conditions will have good chance to develop.
