摘要
提出了利用价值工程来改造通风机的方法，指出了其实际价值及其存在的问题。从而认定此法是降低成本、提高产品主要性能的有效途径。
The Method of transforming fan by using value engineering is put forward.Its actual value & existing problem are pointed out,and then believe that the method is effective way which can reduce cost & raise the main performance of products.
