摘要
降低成本,减少浪费,追求更高的利润,是所有企业恒古不变的追求。在此过程中,精益生产方式赋予了全新的制造管理概念,它曾引领丰田汽车公司屡创奇迹,成为当今世界上成本最低、品质最好、效率和效益最高的汽车制造企业。文章旨在通过对精益生产管理方式进行研究,就如何在企业中逐步进行精益生产的推进实践,和大家一起进行探讨,并初步分析了实际推进实践过程遇到的问题和困难,为进一步深入推进精益生产作基础和铺垫。
All the enterprises have been pursuing the higher profits by reducing the cost and waste.In this process,lean production which has led the Toyota motor company as the best quality,lowest cost,highest efficiency and effectiveness of automobile manufacturing enterprises in the world,has entrusted the manufacturing management with a brand-new concept.Based on the analysis of the way of Lean Production Management,and the difficulties and problems encountered in the actual practice of lean production management,this paper discusses how to execute the lean production management gradually to help promote it deeply.
