Bus Dispatching Strategies in Urban Rail Emergent Events

突发事件威胁城市轨道交通网络的安全与秩序,严重的将导致运营中断和列车与乘客的大规模延误。鉴于其恶性影响和广度传播,城市轨道交通突发事件被列为城市应急管理的重点对象。利用地面公共汽车交通疏散城市轨道交通客流并实现运输接续是维持城市客运交通系统整体运输秩序的有效方法。首先,分析突发事件对城市轨道交通客流输送产生的影响;然后从应急运输服务的角度,提出公共汽车交通应急运能计算方法和机动车备车点选址方法;最后给出基于信息化条件的公共汽车交通应急联动实施措施。

Emergent events in urban rail transit threaten the safety and order of the network.Heavy events will result in operation interruption,serious train delay and also passenger delay.With great influence and wide spread impact,they are listed as the key objects of urban emergency management.Evacuating rail passengers and transferring them to bus transport in emergency events is an effective method to maintain the entire order of the urban passenger transport system.Firstly,the influence of emergency events on urban rail transit is analyzed.Then the transportation capacity calculation method and site-selection method are put forward for emergency bus transportation services.Finally,the measures to implement the bus emergency-dispatch schemes are studied on the basis of informatization conditions.
