摘要
通过6根钢筋钢纤维高强混凝土梁抗弯性能试验,研究普通钢筋高强混凝土梁掺入钢纤维后的破坏特征和受力性能,分析纵筋配筋率和钢纤维体积率对钢筋钢纤维高强混凝土梁抗弯极限承载力、抗裂弯矩、最大裂缝宽度及截面刚度的影响。试验结果表明:与普通钢筋高强混凝土梁相比,钢纤维的掺入可以有效约束裂缝发展,显著提高梁的抗弯承载力、整体刚度和极限变形能力。结合本文试验结果以及现行规范计算方法,提出抗弯承载力计算公式和最大裂缝宽度计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,可为实际工程应用提供参考。
Research on flexural behavior of steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete beams through experiment of six beams is conducted.The failure types and stressed characteristics of the specimens are investigated.The influence of the ratio of longitudinal reinforcement and the volume fraction of steel fiber on the flexural capacity,crack-resistant moment,biggest crack width and rigidity of section of steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete beams is analyzed.The experimental results show that the incorporation of steel fibers can reduce the propagation of cracks effectively,and increase the flexural capacity,integral rigidity and ultimate deformability obviously.The calculation formulas of the theoretical flexural capacity and maximum crack width are brought forward on the basis of the experimental results and the current code of China.The calculated results fit well with the experimental results.The calculation method proposed in the paper can provide a reference for actual engineering application.
