西部地区研究生就业状况研究报告——来自甘肃省6所高校的调查

Investigation and Analysis on the Employment Status of the Postgraduates in West China——taking Gansu province for example

通过对832名甘肃省毕业研究生的抽样调查,从工作落实率、签约毕业生的就业流向、职业取向、求职过程、期望工资五个方面描述了甘肃省研究生就业状况。调查显示,研究生的保留工资平均为2433.48元;毕业生的就业意愿与就业现实是一致的,已经签约的研究生对所找到的工作基本满意。大部分毕业生表示愿意去西部工作,自主创业越来越得到大部分研究生的认同;研究生对就业指导有较高的需求,高校就业指导部门的工作应积极向研究生拓展。

Through 832 postgraduates in a sampling survey in Gansu province, from five aspects, the paper described the western area of postgraduates＇ employment status in 2007. The results show that the average wage for reservations is 2433. 48 yuan, their employment choices are consistent with the reality, the graduates who have signed found the work basic satisfactory. Most graduates are willing to go to the western area, independently innovation has been more agreed by the majority of graduates. They need higher employment guidance and employment guidance departments should actively work to expand graduates.
