摘要
校本教研是基于学校、为了学校、在学校中开展教育教学研究。为了全面了解西藏自治区中学校本教研的现状,通过调查法、访谈法和个案研究,对西藏47所中学和61名藏、汉校长,展开了与学校生活密切有关的教育教学问题的调查与研究,力图全面反映西藏自治区中学开展校本教研制度、内容、形式的基本态势与理念,据此提出西藏开展和实施校本教研的对策。
School-based teaching research is based on the school, for the school and carried out in the school. To have a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of School- based teaching research in Tibet, which combines learning , teaching and studying, this paper has a study on 61 Tibetan and Han headmasters from 47 secondry schools in Tibet, through survey, interviews and case studies, trying to carry out a full reflection of the system, content, way and concept of School-based teaching research in the secondary school of Tibet Autonomous Region. Then we propose the ways to implement School-based teaching research.
