摘要
教育工学关注教育理论和教育实践的转化,其工作原理落到实处就是要揭示教育理论如何从教育实践中来,以及教育理论如何回到实践中去的内在机制。在教育工学的思路下,在教学理论和教学实践之间架起互动和互通的桥梁,无疑是当代教育赋予教学研究新的使命,而这一新使命的完成是以教研员向教育工程师的角色转换为前提的。
Educational engineering mainly pay attention to the transformation between educational theory and educational practice. Its substance is to reveal the mechanism of "educational theory come from educational practices" and "educational theory return to educational practice". Under the thought of educational engineering, teaching research has a new mission, namely making a bridge between teaching theory and teaching practice. In order to complete this mission, teaching researchers must play a new role of educational engineer.
