摘要
乡土教材是以地方文化为主要内容的一种教材,但它在反映并传承地方文化的同时,也在建构着国家意识。以河南乡土教材为例,河南乡土教材的发展与整个中国乡土教材的发展基本一致,其开发更多的是受国家政策的驱动,乡土教材的内容同样也透露着地方人士对于地域文化的国家解读。从清末乡土志产生之时,乡土教材就背负起为国家整体服务的功能,通过乡土情来培养人的爱国情感,是乡土教材自始至终的使命。
