摘要
采用可资源化干法错流移动床活性焦烟气净化工艺对环境集烟中的SO2进行净化处理。系统脱硫效率达93%以上,同步除尘效率达68%以上,吸附饱和后的活性焦加热再生后循环使用。解吸气中SO2浓度高,用于生产硫酸,可有效回收硫资源。整套工艺基本不耗水,无二次污染。结果表明,活性焦烟气净化装置操作简单,运行稳定,具有良好的经济效益,有利于实现可持续发展。
In this paper,SO2 produced by fugitive gas collection was purified through a reusable drying process which adopts a rectangular moving bed with gas cross-flow and active coke.The system has 93% desulfurization efficiency,and synchronization dedusting efficiency is over 68%.Besides,saturated active coke can be recycled after thermal regeneration.The high concentration SO2 from the desorbed gas can be used in the production of sulfuric acid,so as to recover sulfur resource effectively.The whole process basically needs no water and leads to no secondary pollution.The lab results shows that the active coke cleaning equipment is simply operated,stable running,also has a good economic performance,as well as beneficial to sustainable development.
