摘要
利用高功率X射线荧光光谱仪,采用粉末压片制样的方法,检测地质样品中铜、钼、砷、锑、铋五种元素含量,提高了地质样品检测速度。
This paper presents a simultaneous determination method for the content of copper,molybdenum,arsenic,antimony and bismuth in geological samples by using pressed powder disc method for samples,self-made standard samples for working curve and the high-power X-ray fluorescence spectrograph.The method improves the determination speed of geological samples.
