摘要
针对传统的矿井注浆监测系统采用PPI协议实现上、下位机通信导致用户自主开发困难、监测系统开发成本高的问题,提出了采用自由口模式实现PLC与上位机通信的方案,并以注浆监测系统中的注浆参数采集子系统为例,详细介绍了该子系统中自由口模式下的上、下位机通信原理及通信软件的设计方案。实际应用表明,采用PLC自由口模式实现注浆监测系统上、下位机的通信,其通信速度快,数据传输的正确性和稳定性高,为矿井中小规模控制系统的数据监控提供了良好的解决方案。
In order to solve problems of difficulty in self-development of users and high cost in system development because of using PPI protocol for communication between upper and lower computers in common grouting monitoring system of coal mine,the paper proposed a communication scheme between PLC and upper computer by use of free-port mode.Taking grouting parameter collecting subsystem of grouting monitoring system as an example,the paper detailedly introduced communication principle between upper and lower computers and design scheme of communication software in free-port mode.The actual application showed the communication scheme has quick communication speed,high correctness and stability of data transmission,which provides a good scheme of data monitoring of small and medium sized control system of coal mine.
