摘要
采用田间试验方法,运用SPAD-502叶绿素仪对K326、红花大金元(HD)、NC82、辽烟13号4个烤烟品种生长期的叶片叶绿素SPAD值进行了测定.结果表明,不同的烤烟品种表现出了不同的特征特性,叶片叶绿素SPAD值及SPAD值相对变化率不仅与品种有关,也与测定叶片的部位有关.
To study changing characteristics of chlorophyll SPAD value in leaves during their developments and the difference of agronomic traits and economic traits in different flue-cured tobacco cultivars,field experiment was conducted to investigate chlorophyll content in leaves of flue-cured tobacco with four cultivars (K326,HD,NC82,Liaoyan13) by SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter,periodically.The results showed that changing characteristics of both chlorophyll SPAD value and relative variance rate involved not only the cultivars,but also the leaf positions.
