[目的]总结主动脉夹层病人行升主动脉及全弓置换和远端支架系统植入术的手术配合措施。[方法]对7例主动脉夹层病人行升主动脉及全弓置换和远端支架系统植入术,同时加强手术配合。[结果]本组病人均顺利手术,术后恢复良好,痊愈出院。[结论]加强手术配合是保证主动脉夹层病人手术成功的关键。

Objective：To summarize the operation coordination of dissection of aorta patients accepted ascending aorta and the entire bow replacement combined with distal end support system implantation.Methods：A total of 7 dissection of aorta patients underwent ascending aorta and the entire bow replacement combined with distal end support system implantation,at the same time to strengthen the operation coordination.Results：All operations were successful.All patients recovered well and healed,and discharged from hospital.
