This paper represent a little Rough Set theory, and its peculiar rule extraction mechanism,manifest that on the data mining it can make the best use of Rough Set theory, for example,we can extract knowledge or simplify experience by use of its reduction technology. Rough Set theory also have much sense to expert system and knowledge store. Bsesides introduce some development of foreign reseach and applications.
