基于S型ProA生长曲线的产品开发过程时间估算

摘要 为提高开发过程ProA时间估算的精度和动态性,引入当量的概念,研究了ProA入出项当量及其属性,提出了ProA生长曲线的概念,剖析了原子ProA的生长曲线以及生长曲线的合成关系,由此构建了开发过程的时间估算方法及估算模型,并通过应用分析验证了该方法和模型的可行性。 To raise precision and dynamics of Activity and its Process(ProA)time estimation in product development process,the concept of equivalent was firstly introduced,and equivalent attributes of ProA input and output item were studied. Furthermore,the concept of growth curve was proposed. Growth curve of atomic ProA and synthetic relationship of growth curves were also discussed in detail. Then,time estimation method and estimation model of product development were established. Finally,the feasibility of the method and model was illustrated by application example.
