摘要
目的:探讨苦胆草对斯氏狸殖吸虫肝纤维化大鼠肝脏TIMP-1表达的影响。方法:将42只SD大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,γ-干扰素组和苦胆草组。用斯氏狸殖吸虫感染大鼠制备肝纤维化模型,12周后取肝脏用半定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术检测肝组织中TIMP-1 mRNA的表达。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠肝组织TIMP-1 mRNA显著升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,γ-干扰素组和苦胆草组大鼠肝组织TIMP-1 mRNA的表达显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:苦胆草的抗肝纤维化作用可能与其降低TIMP-1表达有关。
Objective: To explore the effects of gentiana scabra bage on the expression of hepatic TIMP-1 in Paragonimus skrjabini infected rats with liver fibrosis.Methods: Forty two SD rats were divided into 4 groups: normal comparing group,model group,interferon-γ group,gentiana scabra bage group.Use Paragonimus skrjabini infected rats,made them into liver fibrosis model.The rats were killed at the end of the twelfth weeks,TIMP-1 mRNA were detected in liver samples with RT-PCR.Results: Compared with the normal group,the expression of TIMP-1 mRNA in the model group expressly raised(P0.05).However,compared with the model group,the expression of TIMP-1 mRNA in the interferon-γ group and the gentiana scabra bage group was obviously weakened(P0.05).Conclusion: Gentiana scabra bage treatment could reduce the TIMP-1 significantly in Paragonimus skrjabini rats with liver fibrosis,thereby,played its role against hepatic fibrosis.
