心房颤动与白细胞介素-6的关系 被引量:4

Relationship between interleukin-6 and atrial fibrillation

摘要 目的:探讨心房颤动(AF)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)之间的关系。方法:检测127例AF患者及109例窦性心律人群血清IL-6、血脂水平以及超声心动图测量左心房长径。比较组间指标的差异。结果:AF组左心房长径(53.81±8.93)mm显著高于窦性心律组(38.95±3.11)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。AF组IL-6水平(524.07±142.98)pg/ml显著高于窦性心律组(268.75±115.43)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。AF组血清IL-6水平与左心房长径呈直线正相关(r=0.707,P<0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示IL-6、左心房长径为AF发病的独立危险因素。结论:IL-6水平与AF发病有关。 Objective: To explore the relationship between atrial fibrillation(AF) and interleukin-6(IL-6).Methods: Serum levels of IL-6 and lipid parameters in 127 AF patients and 109 controls with sinus rhythm were measured.The left atrial diameter(LAD) was also detected by echocardiography.Results: LAD in AF group(53.81±8.93)mm was statistically higher than that in sinus rhythm group(38.95±3.11)mm.And also,the IL-6 levels in AF group(524.07±142.98)pg/ml was statistically higher than that in sinus rhythm group(268.75±115.43)pg/ml.IL-6 serum level and LAD in AF group was linear correlation(r=0.707,P0.01).Logistic regression analysis revealed that IL-6 and LAD were independent risk factors of AF.Conclusion: IL-6 was associated with AF.
