Evaluation for the Technique Innovation Ability of Industrial Enterprises in Shanxi Province

运用密切值法对山西省各地区工业企业技术创新能力进行评价,根据密切值对各地区工业企业进行分类,发现技术创新能力较差的山西省地区工业企业存在的问题,并提出改进措施。

This paper adopted the osculating value method to evaluate the technology innovation capability of industrial enter-prises by region in shanxi and the industries were separated into categories according to osculating value.Finally it found out the problems of industrial enterprises who lack technology innovation capability in shanxi and put forward improuing measure.
