摘要
从体制、组织和文化等方面分析了科技人员学术沟通障碍的成因,并从构建学术沟通新模式、建立新制度、出台新政策,以及开拓新渠道、提升自身的科学素养和完善激励机制等方面为科技人员学术沟通障碍提出了管理对策。
The paper analyzes the causes of the difficulties in the academic communication of scientific personnel from the system,organization and culture and proposes management countermeasures from building new communication modes and systems,issuing new policies,develop new channels,promote the quality of the personnel and perfect the stimulating mechanism.
