摘要
当前中小煤矿机电管理中存在管理机构不健全、管理粗放、队伍素质差等问题,原因在于用人制度不健全、管理技术力量薄弱、标准不统一、培训流于形式等,并从用人制度、风险与收益、标准化建设、培训与职业规划等方面提出了解决措施。
The imperfect management organization,the extensive management and the poor quality of management personnel in the electromechanical management in small and medium-sized coal mines are analyzed,arriving at the conclusion that they are caused by the following factors,imperfect employment system,weak management,non-uniform standards and formalistic training,and some suggestions are given on the employment system,risks and benefits,standardization,training and career planning.
