居民就医行为与社区卫生服务中心利用情况调查

Investigation of the Health Seeking Behavior of Community Residents and the Utilization of Community Health Service

目的了解济南市长清区居民就医行为及其对社区卫生服务中心的利用情况。方法采用问卷调查的方法对271名社区居民进行问卷调查。结果65．3％的居民患小病后未就医，7．4％的居民选择到大医院，13．2％的居民选择社区卫生服务中心，14．0％的居民选择到私人诊所。性别、年龄、文化程度、健康状况及医疗费用支付形式与居民就医行为有相关性。结论只有提高社区医护人员医疗水平，改善就诊环境，才能引导居民合理就医。

OBJECTIVES To study the residents＇ health seeking behavior and the utilization of community health service of Changqing District in Ji＇nan. METHODS The questionnaires were used to investigate 271 residents. RESULTS 65.3% residents didn＇ t see the doctor when they were sick, 7.4% residents chose to visit the big hospital, 13.2% residents visited the community health care center, 14.0% residents visited clinic. The resident with different sexes, ages, standards of culture, health condition and the way of the medical payments is related to the residents＇ behavior of seeing a doctor. CONCLUSIONS Only enhancing the level of the medical personnel of community, improving the medical circumstances, it can lead to rational health care seeking behavior.
