摘要
目的了解上海市南汇区60岁及以上老年人住院医疗服务利用状况及其影响因素。方法采用三阶段分层随机抽样方法及非条件Logistic回归分析方法。结果所调查南汇区老年人年住院率为16.8%;患者未住院率为30.0%;44.2%的住院者在社区卫生服务中心治疗;性别、文化程度、就诊距离和自身健康状况是影响老年人住院率的主要因素。结论需进一步完善社区卫生服务设施,提高服务可及性和质量,创新服务形式,为老年人提供方便快捷的住院服务。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the hospitalization rate and its influencing factors in elderly in Nanhui District of Shanghai. METHODS By using three-stage stratified random sampling and logistic regression analysis. RESULTS The hospitalization rate of the elderly was 16.8%, and the non-hospitalization rate of was 30.0%. 44.2% of them were hospitalized in community health services center. Hospitalized service utilization was influenced by sex, literacy, accessibility to health care and health status of the elderly. CONCLUSION Strengthening the building of community health services center to improve accessibility and quality; Innovating the form of services to facilitate the elderly access to hospital services.
