摘要
目的分析全科医师培训效果,探索全科医师培训模式。方法对菏泽市首批全科医师培训学员进行调查,采用自行设计的调查问卷,共回收86份。结果学员平均年龄(34.65±7.24)岁,有94.19%的学员愿意参加岗位培训,对培训的教学水平、教学内容、教学方法、课程安排和培训管理等满意度都达到95.00%以上,大多数学员能够基本掌握或掌握所学的知识,有83.72%的学员认为参加培训对今后工作很有帮助或有帮助。结论岗位培训后学员能掌握基本知识与技能,对培训模式给予了积极评价,但在师资、教材和继续教育等方面还存在一些问题有待解决。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of training general practitioners and to explore the training patterns of general practitioners. METHOD Making an investigation to the first trainees of Heze , using questionnaires with 86 reclaimed. RESULT The average age of participants is 34.65 ± 7.24, with 94.19 percent of the students wiling to participate in the job training. More than 95.00 of them were satisfied with training and teaching standard, teaching content and methods, curriculum management. Most participants could master what they had learned. 83.72 of them felt that training was helpful for the future work. CONCLUSION The post-training participants could grasp the basic knowledge and skills, and they gave the training patterns a positive assessment. Some issues, such as teachers, textbooks, continuing education etc. remain to be settled.
