摘要
分析了同轴传输线的结构工艺特点,在大功率传输条件下,为实现内导体钎焊连接,提出了内导体短路板的整体加工方案,保证了装配精度;设计了一种用于同轴传输线的深腔内导体连接的高频感应钎焊方法,经过试验验证,改善了同轴传输线耐功率性能。
The structure and fabrication process’s characteristics of coaxial transmission line are analyzed in this paper.For achieving a reliable connection of inner conductor and ensure the accuracy of assembly,a fabrication process scheme for short circuit board of inner conductor is proposed.A high frequency induction welding method for the deep cavity conductor connected in coaxial transmission line is designed.After the experiment’s verification,the resistant power performance and reliability of coaxial transmission line are improved.
