介绍了一种自行设计开发的基于Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ平台的电力工业焊工资格与生产质量管理系统。该系统根据电力工业系统焊工资格申请、培训、考试及焊接质量管理的要求，可实现系统数据的多向流动，按时自动生成并输出符合规定的统计报表、资格管理通知等文件，并能为工人的焊接生产提供焊接工艺方案与焊接质量评定，在任意重要参数组合条件下，能对系统进行查询。该系统具有友好的汉字、图形用户界面，操作简单，便于使用和维护，使焊工资格管理规范化、科学化，提高了焊工资格管理效率和质量，具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Based on Windows operation system and special require of electric power industry, a management information system of welder qualification and welding quality in electric power industry is designed and developed. This system realizes data to flow in many ways, makes automatically and outputs many files accorded with prescript on time(such as statistical report forms, compentency management notice,etc), and applies welding technology project for welder. The system can be inquired in condition that any important welding parameters are combined. This system which established with a friendly graphic user interface is easy to use and maintain, it makes the wleder management more standard and science, and can greatly improve the efficiency and welding quality. It have a great economical value.
