摘要 将装配系统分为宏观与微观信息结构,并对零件层内部的几何尺寸公差进行空间建模,将零件内尺寸公差信息和零件间装配关系信息用网络图的形式加以表示。以齿轮装配箱为例,对装配封闭环的公差链进行在三维方向的分析,例证上述表达思想。 In this paper, the description of assembly system is divided into two information level, macro and micro level, in the component level geometric dimensional tolerance is modeled in 3D space, the dimemsion and tolerance information within component and the assembly relationship information among the components are represented through network graph. A numerical example of gear assembly is provided, the 3D analysis of tolerance chain related with assembly sum tolerance is carried out in order to demonstrate the proposed methodology.
