丹酚酸A中树脂残留溶剂的测定

摘要 目的建立丹酚酸A中树脂残留溶剂正己烷、甲基环己烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、二乙烯苯的测定方法。方法采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法进行测定,色谱柱为HP–1701毛细管柱;程序升温,初始温度为40℃,保持3 min后,以8℃.min-1升温至140℃;FID检测器。结果线性关系良好(r〉0.999),回收率在96.53%-99.32%之间。结论本法简便、准确,适用于丹酚酸A中树脂残留溶剂的测定。 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for detecting the residues,including hexane,methylcyclohexane,benzene,toluene,xylene,styrene,diethylbenzene divinybenzene,from macroporous adsorptions resin in salvianolic acid A.METHODS Headspace GC was adopted using an HP-1701 capillary column and hydrogenflame ionization detector.The initial temperature was 40 ℃ maintained for 3 min and then raised(8 ℃.min-1) to 140 ℃.RESULTS There was favorable linearity relation between peak area and concentration in the observed concentration range(r0.999).The average recovery was in the range of 96.53%–99.32%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and specific.It can be used for the determination of residues from macroporous adsorbing resins in salvianolic acid A.
