摘要
在三维弹性接触边界元法基础上,根据滚动轴承的特点,用面力子单元模拟轴承的接触状态,采用完全接触模型:轴承座/轴承/轴,求得轴承内部载荷三维分布,发现重载下轴的弯曲变形使多列滚子轴承内部各列滚动体间载荷分布不均匀。其结论为研究轴承的延寿技术和方法提供了理论依据。附图8 幅,参考文献6 篇。
On the base of method of elastic contact boundary element in three dimesions as well as according to properties of rolling bearing,the surface force element is used to imitate contact condition of bearing,and the housing/bearing/shaft complete contact model is adopted to solve load distribution in three dimensions within bearing.Under the heavy load,the blend deformation of the shaft makes the load distribution uneven among each row rolling elements in multi row roller bearing.The conclusion provides the theoretica foundation for researching technology and method of prolonging the bearing life.
