控制图作为SPC的重要组成部分被广泛应用于汽车及其零部件生产过程中,成为监控及改进过程的最有效质量管理工具之一。通过介绍控制图的基本原理及常用类型,结合实际生产中使用控制图的经验和体会,阐述了控制图在汽车及其零部件制造过程中的应用方法及常见的问题。
Control chart is used widely as an important part of SPC in auto and its components manufacturing. It is one of the most useful tools of quality management. This article introduces the basic principle and main types of control charts. Based on the experience obtained from the use of these control charts in production, it describes some application methods of quality charts in auto parts manufacturing and common problems occurred during these control charts application.
