分析系统品质的“先天”不足，研究如何提高系统品质，保障系统稳定、安全运行是旋转机械轴系失效分析的重要任务。简介在“八五”期间根据上述思路对国产200MW汽轮发电机组所做的失效分析工作。

The facts that cause the abnormal vibration on the rotating machinery are very complicated andinclude often many factors. They have naturely close relation with tribological and dynamical quality of the system. It is an important subject to analyze the'congenital'defect of the system and to study how to improve quality of the system. In accordance with thesepoints of view, the progressive analysis of the failure ofthe home made 200MW turbine-generator set during'Eighth Five' are presented in this paper.
