摘要
针对发展先进制造技术的需求,对新一代超高速加工中心进行了研究,提出了基于Stewart平台原理的超高速加工中心的新型结构,给出了小质量、大功率、高转速的电主轴传动方案,设计了基于交流永磁同步直线电机的快速进给传动系统,研制了适合于超高速加工中心的高速高精度数控系统。所得结果为开发新型国产超高速加工中心产品奠定了理论与技术基础。
According to the request for developing advanced manufacturing technology, research on new generation of ultra-high-speed machining center is carriedout. In this work, new structure of ultra-high-speedmachining center based on Stewart-plat form principle ispresented, the transmitting scheme of electrical spindlewith small mass, large power and high speed is given,the fast feed driving system based on AC permanent magnetic linear motor is designed and the high speed and highaccuracy NC system for u1tra-high-speed machiningcenter is developed. These results lay a theoretical andtechnical foundation for developing new products of ultra-high-speed machining center.
