摘要 介绍了一种以光纤作为传感器的汽车曲轴表面粗糙度在线测量系统。采用反射光强与散射光强的比值获取表面粗糙度的方法,测量范围大,而且测量结果不受光源、环境状况和材料的影响,测量精度高。并针对磨削过程中测量存在的问题,提出了采用冷却液冲排铁屑和被污染的冷却液的解决方法。该系统对磨削过程进行了实际测量,得到与实际相符的结果。 A real-time surface roughness measurement system using fibre optics in crankshaft grinding process is described in this paper. The evaIuation of theroughness based on ratio of the reflection light intensityand at an angle of 30 (scattering light intensity) is advanced. The measurement extension is expanded and themeasurement result is not affected by light source andworkpiece material, so the measurement accuracy is improved. In order to eliminated the innuence of swarf anddirty grinding fluid,the measurement was carried out inthe clean grinding fluid. The grinding fluid is suppliedfrom the circuference of the optical probe, and fills thegap between workpiece and the optical probe. The results of in real-time surface roughness measurement areclosely correspondence to the changes of the workpiecesurface roughness.
