高校对外汉语专业人才新型培养策略

The new training strategy of foreign language professionals in college

中国的对外汉语师资队伍的建设起步时间不长,学界也总结出了很多有价值的关于培养对外汉语专业人才的建设性意见。但是,随着汉语国际推广事业的拓展,现有的经验和模式已经不能很好地适应对外汉语教学事业发展的需要。对此,我们应该顺应这种需求,建立一个新型的、更符合国际化需要的人才培养模式。

China＇s foreign language professional teacher’s construction starts not so long,scholars have concluded a lot of valuable constructive comments on cultivating foreign language professional teachers.However,as the development of Chinese International expansion the existing experience and model has not well met the need of development of Chinese Language teaching career.In this regard,we should adapt to this demand,establish a new,more in line with international needs of training pattern.
