大蒜油对正己烷致大鼠周围神经病变影响 被引量:2

Effects of garlic oil on n-hexane induced peripheral nerve injury in rats

摘要 目的探讨大蒜油(garlic oil,GO)对正己烷(n-hexane)所致大鼠周围神经病变的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为对照组、模型组、大蒜油低、高剂量组,灌胃给予大蒜油40,80 mg/(kg.bw),1 h后灌胃给予正己烷2 500 mg/(kg.bw),模型组灌胃给予等量正己烷,每周5次,持续8周,测定神经行为学指标。结果模型组大鼠后肢撑力指数(9.58 cm)与对照组(7.28 cm)比较明显增加(P<0.05),大蒜油低、高剂量组后肢撑力指数分别为7.94和6.99 cm,与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照、模型、大蒜油低、高剂量组倒挂网格指数分别为10.0,3.0,6.0和8.0 s,大蒜油组倒挂网格指数低于对照组(P<0.05),高于模型组(P<0.05);大蒜油组步态明显优于模型组(P<0.05)。结论大蒜油具有保护正己烷所致大鼠周围神经病变的作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of garlic oil(GO)on n-hexane induced peripheral nerve injuries in rats.Methods Male SD rats were divided into four groups randomly(n=15 for each group):the control,the model,the low dose GO,and the high dose GO group.The low and high dose GO groups were administered intragastrically with GO(40 or 80 mg/kg·bw)and n-hexane(2500 mg/kg·bw)one hour after the GO treatment.The model group was administered with equivalent n-hexane.The treatments were performed five times per week for eight weeks.Neurobehavioral tests were performed every two weeks,including hind limb support,grip strength for forelimb,switching tail test and pressure pain test,and gait score was measured at the end of eight weeks.Results Compared with the control group(7.28 cm),the hind-limb-support index of the model group(9.58 cm)increased significantly(P0.05).But in the low(7.94 cm)and high(6.99 cm)dose GO groups,there was no significant change(P0.05).The grip-strength-for-forelimb indices of four groups were 10.0,3.0,6.0,and 8.0s;the indices of two GO groups were lower than that of the control group(P0.05)but higher than that of the model group(P0.05).Gait scores of two GO groups were better than that of the model group significantly at the end of eight weeks(P0.05).Conclusion GO has protective effects on n-hexane induced peripheral nerve injuries in rats.
