摘要
目的探讨铁含量对镉肾毒性影响。方法将100只清洁级雄性SD大鼠随机分成低铁、常铁和高铁组,建立低铁、常铁和高铁动物模型,各组再分别设置对照组和染镉组,测定肾损伤指标和尿、肝及肾组织中镉含量。结果随大鼠体内铁含量的增加,染镉组肾损伤加重;低、常、高铁染镉组尿乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(UNAG)和尿β2微球蛋白(Uβ2-MG)分别为(119.04±82.4),(220.10±167.77),(347.62±156.18)U/(g.肌酐)和(35.02±18.0),(107.69±27.7),(101.08±48.8)μg/(g.肌酐),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在非消化道染镉情况下,机体铁水平增高促进镉对肾脏毒性作用。
Objective To explore the effects of different levels of iron in feed on cadmium nephrotoxicity in rats.Methods One hundred clearing grade male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:iron deficiency diet group,normal iron diet group,and higher level of iron diet group in order to establish animal models of low,normal,and high iron.Each group was divided again into control and experiment group.The indicators of iron status,renal injury and cadmium in urine,liver and kidney tissue in each group were detected.Results With the increase of iron load in the body,there was an accrescent tendency in renal damage in the rats of the experiment groups.The activitiy of urine N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminides and the content of urine β2-microglobulin in iron deficiency group,normal iron group and higher level iron group were 119.04±82.4,220.10±167.77,347.62±156.18 U/gcr and 35.02±18.0,107.69±27.7,101.08±48.8 ug/gcr,respectively,with significant differences among the groups(P0.05).Conclusion Under non-digestive cadmium exposure,different iron levels can affect cadmium nephrotoxicity.The increase of iron contents promotes cadmium nephrotoxicity in rats.
