摘要
用河沙+田泥、煤灰+田泥、壤土、田泥、黄心土五种不同基质,对昆明山海棠进行扦插育苗试验,试验结果表明:用煤灰+田泥基质育苗,成活率高达92.48%,同时苗木也较其它四种基质健壮,苗木高33.1 cm、地径0.58 cm,苗木根粗0.34 cm、根长15.68 cm。
Propagation of Tripterygium hypoglaucum（levl.） Hutchins by cuttings was conducted on 5 different media,namely,river sand ＋ paddy soil,coal ash ＋paddy soil,loamy soil,paddy soil,yellow soil.As the result,seedlings grown on coal ash ＋paddy soil showed the highest survival rate（92.48%） as well as the best growth performance.
