双曲线椭圆旋转面倒置单层网壳结构施工成套技术 被引量:3

Construction technologies for hyperbolic rotated-ellipse-surface invert cone-shaped single-layer reticulated shell structure

摘要 针对双曲线椭圆旋转面倒置单层网壳结构的独特造型以及箱形杆件与箱形相贯节点构造带来的施工难题,提出了把整个网壳结构的吊装按照一个箱形相贯节点与三根箱形杆件作为一个标准吊装单元体进行的地面拼装与高空吊装的方法;提出了在箱形杆件与箱形相贯节点端部焊接L形临时连接件并用螺栓进行临时连接固定的方法;提出了将棱镜装置放于箱形相贯节点牛腿端面中心点进行的测量定位方法;提出了相互铰接连接的带撑杆夹具并与脚手架扣件连接进行支撑固定的方法;提出了对已完成临时固定的至少相隔三层的底层结构进行检查校正的优化顺序;提出对已完成校正并点焊固定的至少相隔三层的底层结构进行正式焊接的优化顺序,采用统一对称、分区进行,单杆双焊、双杆单焊的焊接顺序与在间隙中塞垫合适钢板的方法控制焊接变形.工程中的成功实践表明,提出的施工成套技术实用、经济、安全、高效. Aimed at the difficulties in the construction brought by the unique form of the hyperbolic rotated-ellipse-surface invert cone-shaped single-layer reticulated shell structure and the box-section intersecting node structure,the method was proposed that assembling the standard lifting unit contained one intersecting node and 3 box-section members on the ground and then lifting up air to position.The method that L-shaped connectors welded both on the end of box-section members and intersecting nodes were used for temporarily connecting along with bolts.The surveying and positioning method that putting a prism at the center point of box-section intersecting node's corbel end in order to make it in right position was proposed.The strut hinged on the clamping apparatus was connected to the scaffold with fastener in order to support and fix members.The optimal sequence of inspection and correction to the bottom structure of which three upper floors had been temporarily fixed at least was put fomard.The optimal and formal welding sequence of the bottom structure,of which at least three upper floors apart had been corrected and fixed using spot welded,was also presented.It's necessary to follow the welding sequence of unified and symmetric,installing in subareas,a single-member with double-welding,double-members with single-welding and at last an appropriate steel plate was plugged in gap in order to control welding distortion.The successful implementation of projects show that the complete sets of construction technologies is practical,economic,security and efficient.
