高效液相色谱法测定咳立停糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱含量

Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Keliting Syrup by HPLC

目的建立咳立停糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(10∶90),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长207 nm,柱温30℃。结果盐酸麻黄碱进样量在101.4～1 014.0μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为99.86%,RSD为0.10%(n=6)。结论所用方法操作简便、结果准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,能有效控制咳立停糖浆的质量。

Objective To establish a quantitative method for determining ephedrine hydrochloride in Keliting Syrup by HPLC.Methods The Agilent Eclipse XDB C18 column was used.Acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（10 ∶ 90） was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 207 nm.The column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was from 101.4-1 014.0 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9.The average recovery rate was 99.86%.RSD was 0.10%（n = 6）.Conclusion The method is convenient,accurate,reproducible and sensitive,which can be used to control the quality of Keliting Syrup.
