摘要
在前文模型（Ⅰ）中求得了一类二级延迟反馈排队模型（１９９９年本刊第１期）在来到时刻嵌入马尔可夫链的稳态分布，在此基础上应用引入指定考察顾客在系统中的位置函数ｃ（ｔ）和相位型分布的生成。
Abstract In paper (Ⅰ) the stationary distribution of Markov chains imbedded at the arrival moment is obtained. In this paper by using the conclusion of paper (Ⅰ), and introduting position function c(t) of observation customer in system and generation of distribution of Phase type, stationary distribution of the sojourn time of this model will be provided.
