我院门诊处方合理用药国际指标调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of International Indicators of Rational Drug Use in Outpatient Prescriptions

目的了解门诊合理用药状况,分析造成不合理用药的原因,促进合理用药水平的提高。方法应用世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的合理用药国际指标,随机抽查医院6个月门诊处方1 000张,并对1个月内60例门诊就医患者进行调研。结果处方指标平均用药品种数为2.86种,抗菌药物使用率为48.10%,注射剂使用率为31.10%,基本药物使用率为63.05%;患者关怀指标中,平均就诊时间为5.20 min,平均调配时间为55 s,实际调配药品率为98.33%,药品标示完整率为80.00%,患者了解药品正确用法率为78.33%。结论门诊处方合理用药国际指标偏高,而基本药物使用率、患者关怀指标偏低,合理用药水平有待提高,医师、药师应加强对患者的交流、关怀。

Objective To understand the situation of rational drug use in our hospital,to analyze their reasons and to study the measures for raising the level of promoting rational drug use.Methods According to the rational drug use indicators recommended by WHO,1 000 outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected for spot check during 6 months,and 60 outpatients within 1 month were investigated.Results In the prescription indicators,the average number of drug varieties per prescription was 2.86,the usage rate of antimicrobial drugs was 48.10%,the rate of injection use was 31.10% and the usage rate of basic drugs was 63.05%;in the patients care indicators,the average see-doctor time was 5.2 min,the average dispensing time was 55 s,the actual dispensing rate of drugs was 98.33%,the integrity rate of drug labeling was 80.00%,the rate of patients understanding the correct usage of drugs was 78.33%,Conclusion The outpatient pre-scription indicators are still in the high side.The usage rate of basic drugs and the patient care indicators are relatively in lower level.The level of rational drug use needs to be improved.Doctors and pharmacists should further strengthen to exchange with patients and take care of patients.
