供热管道产生噪音的原因分析及解决办法

噪音是一种对人类有害的声音,是环境公害之一.针对银川市某住宅小区2号楼供热管道噪音问题进行研究,通过实地调查及详细分析计算,找出了供热管道产生噪音的主要原因是加压水泵扬程过高,并提出更换水泵、固定供热立管的解决方案.2008年11月改造后,管道噪音消除,且在一个供暖期内加压水泵节电16 632kWh.这一方案的实施从根本上解决了该楼的噪音问题,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效应.

Noise is a kind of voice which is disturbing,annoying and harmful to the human being.This paper aimes at the noise issue which is caused by the heating pipes in a residential district＇s Building two of Yinchuan.The main reason of the heating pipe noise is the higher pressure water pump.The solution is replacing water pump and fastening heat riser.After the transformation in November 2008,the pipe noise was eliminated,and the pressurized water pump save 16632kWh in a heating period.The implementation of this program is a fundamental solution to the problem of noise of the building,and better economic benefit and social effects have been achieved.
