摘要
建筑室内环境污染问题随着工业化的不断发展变得越发突出,许多国家在这一领域的研究也不断深化,我国首部《室内空气质量标准》(GB/T1 8883—2002)于2003年开始正式实施.以西安市雁塔路万达广场44 m2小套型住宅为例,对新建高层小套型住宅的室内空气质量进行研究.通过对室内空气的干球温度、相对湿度、CO2体积分数以及可吸入颗粒物质量浓度4项基本参数进行测试,得出了在寒冷地区冬季采暖期内,当建筑外窗长时间关闭状态下的住宅室内空气质量基本状况.分析了室内空气基本参数随时间变化的情况及其受人为影响的规律,参照国家标准对室内空气质量的4项参数进行了评价,指出了空气质量存在的问题,并提出了改善建议.
The problem of construction indoor enviroment pollution became more serious with the continuous development of industrialization.Many countries deepen the research on this field continuously.The first "Standardization for Indoor Air Quality"(GB/T2002-28883) of our country goes into operation officially in 2003.This paper takes a dwelling of 44 m2 size in Yan-Ta Road Wan-Da Square at Xi'an for instance,studies the indoor air quality(IAQ) of small size dwelling in new high-rise.Through testing the four basic parameters:dry bulb temperature,relative humidity,concentration of CO2 and material concentration of inhalable particulates,the condition of indoor air quality in winter heating period of cold north aera is analysed,when window has been closed for a long time.This paper analyzes the rule that the basic parameter varys with time and the rule that it is influenced by human factor,and evaluates the four parameter of the indoor air quality,and points out the problem and propose suggestions for improvement.
