摘要
随着矿产资源勘查投资主体的多元化,对我国矿产资源商业性勘查的发展和矿产勘查的进程有了一定的促进。但在矿产勘查方面仍存在一些不容忽视的问题。对此,国土资源部出台了相关文件,对上述所出现的问题进行了一定规范,根据这两个文件精神,本文对矿产资源勘查实施方案评审工作所涉及到的有关问题的解决方案作一些探讨。
Diversification in subjects of investment in mineral exploration has promoted the development of commercial mineral exploration and quickened its process.However,there are issues that cannot be ignored in mineral exploration,for which the Ministry of Land and Resources has issued relevant documents to normalize the practice.Based on the gist of the documents,this paper discussed the solutions to some issues involved in review of exploration performance plans.
