温病气分证辨证规律初探

Discussion on Laws of Syndrome Differentiation about Qifen Syndrome in Warm Disease

温病气分证涉及脏腑较多,证候繁杂,临床辨证有一定的难度,然也有规律可循。本文对气分证的辨证规律进行探讨,以期有助临证准确辨证。在确立病属的前提下,首先要运用排除分析的方法,辨明证在气分阶段,继则辨清温热湿热两大类别,然后根据能反映病机特点的特有定位性症状区分具体的证型。并论及了气分证有外蒸内郁,瘀、痰、食滞兼夹等情况,临证时还要慎观病情的细微变化,谨防传营入血。

Febrile disease Qifen syndrome involves several organs,symptoms are miscellaneous,and have some difficulties in clinical dialectic,but there are some rules to follow.The purpose of this study is to improve the clinical accuracy from analyzing dialectical law of Qifen.On the premise of disease＇s attribute,firstly using the exclusion method to fix the syndrome is in the period of Qifen.Secondly to distinguish The warm between The heat,then to define the meticulous syndrome according to reflection the characteristics of the specific symptoms of pathogenesis.This study also discusses that Qifen syndromes include steaming hot and qi obstruction inside,blood stasis,phlegm,dyspepsia and other situations.In clinical observation must follow the change of disease,beware of passing through the Yingfen or Xuefen.
