摘要
目的:探讨愤怒情志调节(宣泄和抑制)的机体反应及个体差异的影响。方法:以健康在校大学生为被试,采用情绪诱发(观看电影片段)和情绪调节(按语词提示调节对愤怒刺激的反应)动态加工的实验范式,研究血和唾液相关指标的变化。结果:高特质怒愤怒应激对机体生理的激活程度均大于低特质怒(P=0.000,0.003,0.039);宣泄使血清ACTH、GC和唾液GC的增高幅度明显大于抑制(P=0.001,0.000,0.002),抑制使唾液α-淀粉酶活性的降低幅度明显大于宣泄(P=0.009)。结论:不同表达方式对机体的影响存在差别,但无论宣泄还是抑制,高特质怒使机体产生更为明显的应激反应。
Objective:To explore the effects of anger regulation(catharsis and inhibition) on the body reactions with individual difference.Methods:The subjects enrolled were screened from the health college students.The changes of related indexes of blood and saliva were researched in an experimental paradigm processed dynamically by emotion induction(by watching movie clips) and emotion regulation(by phraseology clewing and regulating body reaction to anger).Results:The physical intensity of activation to anger-induced stress in the high-trait-anger(HTA) groups was greater than that in the low-trait-anger(LTA) groups(P = 0.000,0.003,0.039).The increased extent of contents of adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH)and glucocorticoid(GC)in serum and GC in saliva of the subjects regulated by catharsis was significantly greater than that due to inhibition(P = 0.001,0.000,0.002),while the decreased extent of activity of α-amylase of the subjects regulated by inhibition was significantly greater than that due to catharsis(P = 0.009).Conclusion:There were different impacts of anger on the body by the different expression ways.And in any case,HTA would bring about more obvious stress reactions whether it was regulated by catharsis or inhibition.
